 Doesn't fit at all! Jul 29, 2010
Just bought it at the beginning of July 2010. It doesn't fit to the Hoover Rewind. I tried to force it as some other reviewers did and almost broke my vacuum. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED!

 Good after seating the gasket Jul 23, 2010
I bought this replacement filter so I could change out (and wash) the one that came with the Hoover Elite Rewind Vacuum. As previous reviewers mentioned, the filter gasket needs to be seated/deformed to the mating housing part before it can be easily installed. But that's no big deal. I just wish the filter was cheaper, then I would purchase several.

We had used our vacuum so much in the past few months (we recently moved) that the filter began to REALLY stink. I tried cleaning it, but at this price, it was well worth getting rid of. I was a little hesitant as there were some reviews on here that mentioned the part NOT fitting correctly. I had this part shipped to me within just a few business days and it slid right into the collection chamber. No problems with fitting. Satisfied with the purchase price and you can't beat free shipping. Best price on the internet or in any retail store.

I really needed to replace the filter in my vacacuum and was so glad to easily find it online! If you have had your vacuum for a while, I would highly recommend replacing the filter. Product shipped and arrived on time.

This is a complete SCAM! Its not OEM. And worse it will not fit the vacuum that it claims to fit. Do not buy. I am very disappointed Amazon.
